(a) the success and joys that you have experienced in learning Mathematics.

(b) the challenges you have experienced with the subject; and how you think you could overcome these challenges this year?

1. a) Once I solve a very challenging problem, I always feel a jolt of euphoria. It is a very addictive feeling and it is one of my joy I experienced.

b)Once in a while, I will get stuck on a problem. But once it is explained, I never make the same mistake again.

3. a)Upon solving a very difficult question,understanding how to do a question
or able to apply a complicated but needed method to do a question I will fell very delighted.

b)Sometimes,I will be unable to do a particular question.I would then try my best to use different methods to solve the question.If unable to,I would then ask my parents or teacher to explain it to me.I would then try to apply the method used to other similar questions.

4. The success of me in maths is that I can use the right strategy to do the problem sums and get it correct quickly.
The challenges of me handling maths is that I am always very careless and would just simply rush through.

5. I will feel happy when i am doing a difficult problem sum and got it correct. The challenges i faced is not using the correct strategy and got stuck in the problem and carelessness

6. I once solved a hard problem and I was the only one in the class that got that question correct, I was really very happy.

The challenges I have experienced are careless mistakes which I make (e.g. not writing the units down) I think this year I'll try to be extra careful in Maths

7. A)When I solve a very difficult problem, I will be very happy .
B)When a problem s too hard, I will be very frustrated as I do not know how to do it and in exams, I might waste too much time on that problem.

8. A) Whenever i get a clue to a difficult question i will be encouraged more and will be willing to work towards the final answer.
When I get the final answer i will give myself a pat and concentrate on the next question.
B)When i find the question too hard i will try a totally different or alternative method i can think of.

9. a)There was once when I had finished a math test with 45 min to spare. I was glad that I had finished the paper before everyone else but I was bored out of my mind when I had finished checking.

b)Sometimes I face a question that I have never seen before, much less know how to solve.This year, I hope to absorb as much information as possible, so I know how to solve those questions.

10. a) When I get the answer to a very very very very difficult question which my other friends can't solve, I feel happy :D

b) When I try so hard on a question I get frustrated and crumple up/punch my worksheet. I think I can seek help from my classmates and teachers instead.
