  1. From line 1 onwards, he should be doing this instead as only when it is multiplication for the 3 of the numerator, thus 3 cannot be divided of 3 :

    2x + 3 3x-15
    _______ = _______
    3 11

    11(2x + 3) = 3( 3x -15)
    22x + 33 = 9x -45
    13x = -78
    x = -6

  2. Line 1 should have been: (2x+3)÷3= (3x-15)÷11
    He cannot simplify the left hand side of the equation just by removing 3. The entire numerator has to be divide by 3 for that to work. Furthermore, the right hand side of the equation has to be divided by 3 too.

    For line 5, it should have been 19x as (22x- 3x)= 19x
